in the summer time...

today the weather was really lovely in london, the sun was shining and it was just a wonderful day to have a BBQ so i stripped down, to let my skin bare the sun.

All i spent my day doing is packing for my trip to Rome on Monday, and sunbathing in my garden with my dog, ooh and i went into croydon to meet my auntie for lunch and do a bit of shopping, though all i bought was a bag and some underwear.

this is my dog Charlie, he is a shih tzu, and loves to sunbathe in my garden when it's sunny. well anyway i really should finish packing as look how much i have had to iron, and fold;

want or need? i think i need them.

Well i'm going to rome in a week and 2 days for about five days with my school, and don't get me wrong I do have so many clothes especially as it was my birthday under a week ago, but i still want so many newer things, but im sure i can convince my mum to get them for me. here's the list;  

topshop petite lace dress- £48. 

Topshop floral shirt- £36

Asos leather sandal shoes- £25.

Cath kidston carry all bag- £25

Topshop mustard pleated dress- £32. 

Topshop clog heels- £55.

all of these items are just beautiful, and i actually feel like i dont just want them but i actually need them and they will all be perfect to wear for englands summer as well as when i go on holiday to turkey. 

also today i went to bromley to buy them clogs from topshop but they no longer had them in stock in that branch so i ended up buying a black pleated skirt from zara, it actually looks nicer on that i thought, but i will probably end up going shopping as well tomorrow to get the lace dress and the shoes. 

also i finally got round to ordering this bag a few days ago along with my friend ellie's birthday present, and it came this morning, it's also a decent size, a shame i think i have broken the front zip already. 

a splendid birthday in Brighton...

just thought i would share some photo's from my birthday weekend, though i only went to brighton and did some shopping the next day, i had the most wonderful birthday spent with the most amazing friends.

so this was the lovely brighton and to make the day even more enjoyable i got a return ticket from brighton for 10p each online. it was a lovely day and i will definetly be going down there loads when they weather gets a little nicer.

i had a lovely birthday, and got lovely presents.

i had the greatest weekend in brighton, and bought a few new things for summer with my birthday money, but anyway today ellie told me that we was on the company website. while we was shopping in brick lane last weekend we got stopped and photographed by some photographers working for company magazine and got chosen to be in there 'street style' blog online. so here is me;

my dress is from topshop, i recently bought it in the sale, and it will look lovely for the summer.

this weekend i went to brick lane.

this weekend i went to brick lane with Ellie and Leah, i have been there once before but didn't realise there was soo much more to it than i thought. There was so much i could have bought, but i settled with buying a pale pink cardigan and some high waisted pinstripe levi's.

I bought them from rockit, for £20, i wasn't sure whether they were worth it at the time, but once i got them home and tried them on, i will probably end up living in them this summer, especially as the weather is getting alot nicer now. 

have you ever gone shopping, and really wished you bought something, well it was the first time i had ever been in beyond retro, and i picked up a few things and tried them on, but this t-shirt, was something that i wouldn't usually pick up, but when i tried it on i really liked the over-sized fit, and the eagle print, and it was on £14, i really wished i bought it! hopefully there will be something like it if i was to go again. 

these are the shorts on me, i just put them with a plain oversized white tee from topshop. hopefully the weathers nice when i go to brighton this weekend for my birthday, and i'll probably end up wearing them.

all these shoes are black, i prefer to buy black shoes, as they then go with most things, i especially like the little pumps from topshop though i think £50 is alot for what they actually are, but i tried them on when i went shopping this weekend and they are unbelievably completable. Also the bottom pair of twist wedges from newlook at only £22 look so lovely on, i think i may go and buy them this week, to wear to brighton for my birthday!
